Data processed
When you submit the form, your name, email, subject, message and submission time are stored. Hosting also processes technical connection data, including the IP address, to deliver and protect the site.
Purposes and legal bases
Form data is used only to handle the enquiry on the basis of your consent and necessary pre-contractual steps (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (b)). Technical protection relies on the legitimate interest in secure site operation (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Retention
Form messages are kept for no more than 12 months and deleted on the next submission. Technical hosting data is kept only as long as required for security.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and withdrawal of consent. You can also complain to the competent data protection authority.
